Step 1: Understanding the problem of fear.

Today,  We are a fear driven society and it’s never been worse than it is in medicine.  Our doctors are afraid of the suits: the one’s that run their medical societies, their hospital affiliations, their medical insurance, medicare, and of the legal kind.  They can be afraid of doing the wrong thing or the right thing.  As for patients, we are all afraid of what our doctors may tell us.  This mutuality of fear might explain why we are experiencing the biggest burn out of doctors and nurses in medical history, and why patients feel that they are not seen or heard.

This is a huge problem.  Is it solvable?
You Betcha!

We need to help our health providers help us.  In so doing, our health providers can heal themselves.   Our booklet, “Everybody Needs a Hippo,” offers us a way for both parties to do this successfully.  Become part of a growing society that wants to be seen and heard.

Become part of a growing society that deserves to be seen and heard!

The first part of our program is for you, the patient, to read “Everybody Needs A Hippo”; and with "Your Dag Chart" within, to take the time to fill it out and bring light to your
"Qualities of Life".
